SHANDONG HAOYU Rubber Tyre Co, Ltd. was founded in May 2009 which is located in Guangrao, the tire industry base of China. We specially produce all-steel radial truck and bus tire and focus on combining research, production and sales together. We have an annual output of 2 mlions sets of all-steel radial tire, and the sales network covers many cities at home and abroad.
Over the past decade,HAOYU tyre factory has been focusing on the R&D and production of all-steel radial tire with a very professional technical R&D team and a great producion management team. HAOYU regard customers, quality, integrity and services as first, and pay much attention to R &D investment and brand development, therefore, we has won the trust of customers in China and the world by our high-quality and high-performance tires. HAOYU tyre factory has a production plant of 200000 square meters, a complete production line, production equipment and testing equipment, which are all selected from the leading equipment suppliers, such as Japanese KOBELCO, SAIXIANG, MESNAC, DOUBLESTAR, etc.
At present, the maximum production capacity of all-steel radial tires per day is 6000, covering more than 50 patterns and 100 specifications, which can meet most of the current market demand.
HAOYU only selects high-quality suppliers in the industry, and never uses low-cost raw materials. Most of the suppliers are international companies or listed companies.
BEKAERT products are selected for the steel cord of skeleton materials. As the strategic partner of BEKAERT in China, HAOYU participates in the trial use of the latest technology and products of BEKAERT.
The tread natural rubber comes from Thailand's largest rubber suppliers. and the carcass rubber comes from China's largest rubber suppliers,SINOCHEM Group.
The main supplier of carbon black is BLACKCAT Group, the largest carbon black producer in China.
The main suppliers are also SINOPCE ,SI Group.LANXESS,etc
